Simon Harris 2003 - 2006
Lead Guitar / Backing Vocals
Simon played with the Rainmen for 3 years and earned great respect. He recently left to collaborate with an old Uni. friend in writing and production. Simon also continues to teach music in high schools.
Robert Higgins 1980 - 1991 & 1994 - 1997
Lead Guitar / Backing Vocals & Occasional Flute
Robert is now the Sound Engineer for "The Cosmic Rough Riders", "The Hazey Janes" and even The Rainmen now and again. He occasionally sits in on guitar with The Rainmen.
Mark Brown

Drums, Percussion & Backing Vocals
Mark deserves an "Honourary" Past Membership here because he has dep'd for us on so many occasions. Mark is the Drummer for
"The Cosmic Rough Riders" and is also Sammy's son ! He first played with The Rainmen at the tender age of 12, and hasn't let us down since.
Drew Phillips
May 2002 - Sept. 2
Keyboards & Backing Vocals
Past founder member of H2O, Drew now plays keyboards with "Maxwell's Wheels" among others. He also has several other musical projects on the go as we speak.
Jack Trow
2001 - Jan. 2003
Lead Guitar / Backing Vocals
Jack previously played for many years in and around Glasgow. He played Lead guitar in the re-emergence of The Rainmen, and now lives
quietly with his family in East Kilbride.

Bass Guitar / Backing Vocals
Mike is now a Radiographer in Hermyers Hospital in East Kilbride, and has since retired from music.

Gordon lives and plays keyboard in the circuit on the Isle of Mann.

Gary now lives and runs a club in Newcastle, while still keeping his hand in, on the drums.

Jackson now pursues a solo career writing operas and musicals in his home studio.
